Protocol La Scala, Oldfield Park - Junior Tap Dance
PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO CLASS IF THEY HAVE A TEMPERATURE OR ARE FEELING UNWELL.
- Parents and children to bring their child into the foyer at the front of The Co-op. This door says “please use side door” but that is for Co-op customers, this door is open to us. Please wait in the foyer and adhere to social distancing, including the use of facemasks whilst inside the building.
- At the start time of your class please send them up (alone if you feel they can manage this as the fewer people we have in the studios the better). For Primary Show Class you can come up with them unless they are happy to come alone.
- Children to be dressed ready to dance. Please keep hold of their jumpers and outdoor shoes. Children must wear dance trainers, jazz shoes, ballet shoes or clean trainers specifically for their dance classes which they do not where outside.
- We will check their temperature on arrival then they will then be directed to their dance space for that class.
- They may bring a water bottle into the studio but no other items unless requested by the teacher for that week.
- Once everyone is in, if a dancer needs the toilet they will be able to go one at a time.
- At the end of class the children will be sent back down to the foyer one at a time via the fire exit by the ladies toilets and kitchen. I will have an allocated rep from each class to ensure children are not left unsupervised during this process. Please be prompt for pick up and adhere to social distancing.
- All touch points will be cleaned between classes;
- Main doors, shoe boxes, toilet doors, flushes and taps and floors.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM AS YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND CLASS WITHOUT THIS. WE NEED TO ENSURE WE HAVE ACCESSIBLE, UP-TO-DATE CONTACT INFORMATION.
