February Half Term Full Day Workshop
Wednesday 18th February | 9:00-3:00 @ Mulberry Park Hub | £35 | Ages 6-12
Dancers will have a fun-filled day of dance with our teacher Xavi. A great way to stay in touch with friends, keep up your dance skills and learn something new over the holidays. They will learn movements, sequences and choreography across a range of styles, including Jazz, Contemporary and Street. All abilities will be catered for so don't worry if you have little or no dance experience. Those dancers with more experience will be challenged with more complex technical steps and choreo. All dancers will enjoy performing a piece to parents at the end of the day to showcase their learning. We look forward to seeing you there for another fantastic day of dance. Open to non-Beats dancers so bring your friends.

Our Senior Competition Team are Dance World Cup finalists and will be competing in Dublin this summer. Senior Competition Team dancers are putting on this short workshop including Jazz technique, Street Dance and Hamilton choreography. Money raised will go towards our Dance World Cup trip. We are so proud of them for putting this together and your support is greatly appreciated.

Junior Auditions will run from 2:30-3:15 (ages 7-11)

Your teachers...
Xavi De Santos has been teaching for Beats for 7 years. He is an incredibly talented working dancer, teacher and choreographer. Originally from Portugal where he began his training, Xavi moved to Bath and gained his degree in dance at Bath Spa University where he is now an associate lecturer. He is currently undertaking his Masters in Professional Arts Practice alongside his performance and teaching work. Xavi will be teaching Jazz Technique and Contemporary at the Intensive.
