SUMMER HALF TERM INTENSIVE

Classes will include Jazz Technique, Lyrical Jazz and Contemporary and dancers will work on a huge range of steps and skills as well as choreography. They will finish the day with a performance to their friends and family at pick up to show off some of what they have learnt. No experience is necessary. Exercises and choreography will be adapted to suit experience level. A fantastic way to maintain and develop dance skills during the break. Spaces will run out fast so book quickly to avoid disappointment. Fees are non-refundable.
Your teachers:
Xavi De Santos has been teaching for Beats for 6 years. He is an incredibly talented working dancer, teacher and choreographer. Originally from Portugal where he began his training, Xavi moved to Bath and gained his degree in dance at Bath Spa University where he is now an associate lecturer. He is currently undertaking his Masters in Professional Arts Practice alongside his performance and teaching work. Xavi will be teaching Jazz Technique and Contemporary at the Intensive.
Ellie McDonald graduated from The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and has since danced with Ballet Cymru and Jasmin Vardimon Company. She is a fantastic dancer and teacher and is excited to share her expertise with dancers at the Intensive in Lyrical Jazz and Contemporary.
