Gentle Ballet
Enjoy some beautiful music as you strengthen and stretch out your muscles and improve your posture and balance. It doesn't matter whether you have some dance experience or have never danced before; All are welcome! This class will give the whole body a work out and is good for the brain too. We will exercise at the barre and in the centre but will not do jumps or turns. Those whose balance is not so good are welcome to continue to use the barre while we do centre work for added support. You work at the right pace for you! The main aim of the class is to escape to another world for a while and feel like a ballerina. |
Don't worry if you don't have ballet shoes to begin with, just wear what you feel comfortable in.
