Please complete the details below to confirm that you give permission for yourself / your child(ren) to be filmed/ photographed for Beats Dance as part of the Beats Show 2021. The captured footage will be available to purchase in September 2021.

    We have also been advised that dancers will need to sit in school groups as some schools aren't due to break up until after the show. Please also provide school details below.
